About Us

Mary Beedlow, of Orchard’s Edge Quilting has been machine quilting for over 15 years. Returning to Bayfield last year, she has established her business in a new studio with class room space that can accommodate up to 20 students.

Susan Ward of A Common Thread Designs has been teaching and designing quilts since the 1980s. She recently renewed her collaboration with Orchard’s Edge Machine Quilting of Bayfield, Wisconsin. Susan is the primary instructor for classes offered at Orchard’s Edge.
